Who Are We?

There were 3 major things i was looking for in a contractor specifically for a bigger job. 1) Quality work 2) competitive pricing (staying on budget) and 3) timeliness. Bonomo and sons hit the mark on all of these points. We have been talking to Jack about our project for a few years, figuring out our finances and lining up with the market pricing. There was no pushiness, no gimmicks, but direct advice on what would be best for myself and family in terms of the project. Bonomo finished in 3 months, did great quality work, and stayed really close to budget. Jack gave advice on designs (better eye than me) and helped us with the best possible plans with our architect. The different workers were respectful of our house, stayed near and cleaned up after themselves, any nicks and bumps that happened during construction were promptly fixed (even when they were our fault ). They were good with kids and even the dog , pretty sure they let her out and played with her too. Lastly, we love the addition, it looks great and we are really happy. Jack and his team completely redid our basement from June 2023 thru Sept 2023. They gutted down to the studs, moved pipes to get us more ceiling height, new drywall, new floors, new staircase, installed a bathroom, and cabinets/counter for a small bar area. Bonomo & team were utmost professionals from the time of the initial project meetings, through the iterations on the estimates, proposal/contract, project plan, and every phase of implementation. I would highly recommend Bonomo & Sons. They just completed a full renovation of both of our bathrooms. On a daily basis, they took precautions to mitigate the mess by sealing off the rest of our home and then restoring the space at the end of the day. When planning out our design they made good and practical suggestions, as well as reviewing our pieces before we purchased them to ensure they were correct. Their team was always very professional and on time. There was attention to detail, for example we had a chevron tile and at the edges, they filled in tiny pieces to complete the look. Jack and his team were amazing to work with, our kitchen renovation was handled so well from the project planning to the final photos- Bonomo was awesome with their project plan and dates and when we had some hiccups from the structure of our house they were able to give us great options to resolve the problems and it came our beautiful.
