We just completed a home renovation project with Bonomo and Sons and could not be happier with the work, the team, and the process. This was not our first time working with Jack, but it was definitely the biggest project we have completed. For us, this seemed like a complicated job—we knew what we wanted to do, but didn’t know if it could be done or how it could be done. From day one, Jack was coming up with solutions for “how” it could be done and made us feel very confident that it wasn’t an “if” it could be done. Every step of the way, we felt comfortable asking Jack questions, requesting change orders, and seeking his opinion, and through all of that, he was always very professional, patient, and helpful. Jack’s team of skilled professionals is incredible. They know how to do it all, and they do it all so well. They are diligent, hardworking, and highly trained, while also being very kind and respectful individuals. Every single day, no matter what the team was working on, the house was left with really very minimal dust and debris. Floors and walls were cleaned every day, appliances were reconnected, and plumbing was always back on—we never had a disruption to our living situation.
