Who Are We?

We just completed a home renovation project with Bonomo and Sons and could not be happier with the work, the team, and the process. This was not our first time working with Jack, but it was definitely the biggest project we have completed. For us, this seemed like a complicated job—we knew what we wanted to do, but didn’t know if it could be done or how it could be done. From day one, Jack was coming up with solutions for “how” it could be done and made us feel very confident that it wasn’t an “if” it could be done. Every step of the way, we felt comfortable asking Jack questions, requesting change orders, and seeking his opinion, and through all of that, he was always very professional, patient, and helpful. Jack’s team of skilled professionals is incredible. They know how to do it all, and they do it all so well. They are diligent, hardworking, and highly trained, while also being very kind and respectful individuals. Every single day, no matter what the team was working on, the house was left with really very minimal dust and debris. Floors and walls were cleaned every day, appliances were reconnected, and plumbing was always back on—we never had a disruption to our living situation. Jack and his team were fantastic from start to finish. As an architect with a keen eye for design and quality construction, I had high standards for this project, and they met every one of them. Jack transformed our basement into a beautiful, livable space and added a 150 sq. ft. full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Throughout the process, communication was excellent—he was easy to work with, adaptable to changes, and always kept us informed. His crew was skilled, respectful, and maintained a clean worksite, cleaning up daily so as not to disrupt our household. My wife and I were on a tight deadline to finish before the arrival of our second child, and Jack prioritized our schedule, completing the project three weeks early. His pricing was fair—mid-range compared to other estimates—but worth every penny for the attention, integrity, and peace of mind he provided.
