This "Add-A-Level” residential renovation project added 100+ SF to the existing first floor and 1,400 SF as a new second floor to increase the GSF to 3,100. 

Completed in late 2020, the 2-story colonial style home boasts a 2-car garage, (4) second-floor bedrooms, (1) first-floor office/ study/ bedroom, (3) full bathrooms, and a basement powder room. The home also includes a laundry room on the second floor and a mud room on the first floor.
